Interior
The house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor patio doors lead from the private terrace into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor and a utility room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. In the master bedroom there is a double bed which is formed from two single mattresses so is actually larger than a king size bed. The master bedroom has a small balcony which has views over the terrace and the communal pool. The second bedroom also has twin beds.

Exterior
The townhouse has a private terrace to the front and rear of the property. Both areas are safe for children and the front terrace is gated so young children cannot get direct access to the pool. Patio dining furniture and sun beds are provided. The townhouse is on a popular development which is a mixture of residential and holiday-let properties. The complex has a very peaceful, sedate atmosphere.

Pool
There is a large, communal swimming pool which is accessed via Roman steps. For younger guests there is a separate, shallower children’s pool.

Amenities
Las Piteras is a popular resort in the heart of Costa Teguise. It is a mixture of holiday rental and residential accommodation and has a relaxed atmosphere. The amenities of the resort are literally on your doorstep and Las Cucharas beach is only a two minute walk away.

Services
The house is cleaned on a weekly basis and there is a mid week towel change. A mini-welcome pack is supplied on arrival.
